Why Mentor with Ahren Foundation?

Ahren Foundation is a development platform for youths, where Christian creatives find purpose, community, and opportunity. We are building a global network of believers in tech who create value, serve their generation, and advance the Kingdom of God.

We believe the next generation of Christian creatives needs mentors — people like you who have walked the path, built the skills, and know the challenges. Your experience, wisdom, and faith can shape a young person's life for eternity.

Spirit-filled Believers

You have a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and depend on the Holy Spirit in your work and life.

Creatives & Entrepreneurs

You build things — products, software, designs, systems, media, content, or businesses.

Product Builders

You have created a product, service, or project that exists in the world (paid or free, side or full-time).

Passionate About Youths

You genuinely want to see the next generation succeed — willing to invest time, wisdom, and prayer into a young person.

Available

You can commit 1–2 hours bi-weekly for 6 weeks.

The Process

What You Will Do as a Mentor

You are not expected to be a technical teacher or a career coach. The weekly lessons do the heavy lifting. You are an encourager, a question-asker, a storyteller, and a prayer partner.

Apply— Fill out a simple application form.

Match— We pair you with a small group of young creatives.

Weekly Emails— Your mentees receive a weekly lesson via email. You review their answers before your session.

Bi-weekly Session— Meet virtually with assigned mentees bi-weekly for 6 weeks (3 sessions total).

Review & Guide— Discuss their lessons, share your wisdom, ask questions, and pray.

Launch— Help your mentee identify and build their Kingdom project.

Verify— After 6 weeks, you become a Verified Ahren Mentor.

Your Commitment

Attend a 15 mins virtual onboarding meeting with Ahren Foundation leaders

Once (before matching)

Review your mentee's weekly email lesson responses

10–15 minutes/week

Meet with your mentees virtually bi-weekly

60–90 minutes/session (3 total)

Pray for your mentees

10 minutes/week (optional)

Respond to messages within 48 hours

As needed

Complete a brief feedback form after each session

Bi-weekly

Total Commitment: ~1–2 hours bi-weekly (6-week duration)
